ERP Login Issue

You would have received an email from “notifications” with the subject “Access your ERP account”, please follow these steps:

  1. Click the “Access Account” button in the email.
  2. On the page that opens, do not reset your password.
  3. Simply click the “Microsoft Azure” button at the bottom.



How to mark an Official Exemption?
  1. CLick Home menu on the left top of the page 

  2. Click Attendance module 


  3. Click Schedule > Official Exemption


  4. Click New
  5. Fill and Submit the form


✅ Managers can submit official exemptions for their direct reports.

🔄 It goes for approval to the next-level manager.

🕒 Submit before the exemption date to avoid attendance violations.

  • Exemptions must be submitted prior to the official duty
  • This feature is exclusively for official duties only
  • Only managers can create exemptions for their direct subordinates
  • Keep documentation of official duties for audit purposes


Mentorship Programme

Mentorship Programme: The Mentorship Programme is mandatory for all new employees and designed to facilitate smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer under expert guidance.

Programme Overview:

·        Each department will provide comprehensive overviews of their services and functions

·        New staff will be paired with assigned mentors to learn about various college operations

·        Deadline: New employees must complete the Mentorship form within their first month of joining

Process Steps:

1.       System Notification: New joiners will receive an automated email when HR initiates the mentorship program

2.       ERP Access: Staff should log into the ERP HR module and navigate to "Employees" > "HR Operations" > "Mentorship Programme"

3.       Activity Completion: Participants must complete all assigned activities and meet with designated mentors

4.       Feedback Submission: The process concludes with feedback collection from the employee, mentor, and department head



Probation Confirmation Process

Key Requirements:

·        Probation Period: All new employees serve a 3-month probationary period

·        Prerequisites: Mentorship programme must be completed before probation confirmation

·        Confirmation Criteria: Employment confirmation depends on satisfactory performance evaluation

Timeline & Workflow

·        Four weeks before probation completion: HR initiates the probation confirmation form

·        Employee Consensus: The form is first sent to the employee for agreement to continue with the organization

·        Department Approval: Department head reviews and approves the confirmation

·        Final Verification: Management conducts the final verification process
